Hridaya apunta m\u00e1s a la experiencia directa del coraz\u00f3n, el amor y la conciencia.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Historia y profesores<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La meditaci\u00f3n vipassana proviene de la tradici\u00f3n budista theravada que se practica principalmente en Tailandia y el sudeste asi\u00e1tico. Hay un par de tradiciones diferentes con t\u00e9cnicas ligeramente diferentes, la mayor\u00eda de ellas incluyen meditaci\u00f3n de atenci\u00f3n plena y meditaci\u00f3n de respiraci\u00f3n simple. El m\u00e1s famoso es Vipassana en la tradici\u00f3n de S.N. En general, puedes decir que la mejor t\u00e9cnica de meditaci\u00f3n es la que realmente practicas, ya que cada meditaci\u00f3n brinda algunos beneficios.
