La isla, que tiene un ancho de tan solo unos kil\u00f3metros cuadrados y alberga a unas 3000 personas, consiste b\u00e1sicamente en 2 monta\u00f1as, cada una de las cuales tiene un antiguo templo en su cima. El templo de la Pachamama, dedicado al aspecto femenino del universo y el templo de la Pachatata, dedicado al aspecto masculino. Pasan por alto la isla y atraen a muchos visitantes de todo el mundo. Los habitantes de la isla que pertenecen a la antigua cultura aymara nos dicen que los templos tienen m\u00e1s de 4000 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad. Hoy en d\u00eda, la religi\u00f3n que practican la mayor\u00eda de los habitantes es una mezcla de cristianismo formal y antiguas costumbres paganas. Parece que hay tolerancia espiritual y religiosa y apertura hacia todos los sistemas de creencias, siempre que se practique con respeto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para llegar a los templos, se sigue un camino que va desde el lago hasta los templos y atraviesa muchos arcos de piedra que, seg\u00fan algunos, act\u00faan como puertas de entrada. En alg\u00fan punto hay una peque\u00f1a meseta donde uno llega a un cruce con un camino que va al templo de Pachatata y el otro al templo de Pachamama.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-fontsize=\"18\" data-lineheight=\"27\">El templo de Pachatata:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-fontsize=\"18\" data-lineheight=\"27\">El templo de la Pachatata es muy distinto. La monta\u00f1a tiene m\u00e1s de un pico puntiagudo con el templo de Pachatata justo en su cima en forma cuadrada. La puerta suele estar cerrada con llave y solo una vez al a\u00f1o se abre para una gran ceremonia que incluye rituales de fertilidad en la isla. Desde aqu\u00ed, se puede pasar por alto el lago Titicaca y tener una vista incre\u00edble de la costa de Bolivia.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-fontsize=\"18\" data-lineheight=\"27\">El templo Pachamama:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El templo de Pachamama tiene una forma redonda y la monta\u00f1a donde se ubica es m\u00e1s diversa, ya que es m\u00e1s abierta y ancha. El templo en s\u00ed cubre solo una peque\u00f1a parte de su pico. El resto de la monta\u00f1a est\u00e1 cubierto de peque\u00f1os campos de papas y minas que los habitantes de la isla utilizan para hacer los caminos de la isla. Igual que el templo de Pachatata, la puerta del templo est\u00e1 cerrada todo el a\u00f1o, excepto el ritual anual de fertilidad. Aunque sentado al lado del templo, puedes sentir claramente la energ\u00eda fuerte y hermosa. Este es tambi\u00e9n un excelente lugar para ver el amanecer o el atardecer sobre el lago Titicaca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ambos templos tienen una energ\u00eda muy diferente. En Pachatata, muchas personas experimentan un sentido de claridad, concentraci\u00f3n, fuerza interior y conexi\u00f3n con nuestro ser superior. En Pachamama muchas personas experimentan un sentido m\u00e1s profundo de la belleza, el amor, crecimiento y la conexi\u00f3n con la tierra. Estas son tambi\u00e9n las caracter\u00edsticas que a menudo se describen como masculinas y femeninas, lo que lo convierte en un excelente lugar para realizar un trabajo en\u00e9rgico en nuestros aspectos masculinos y femeninos.
